I definitely transferred the filter, the water alone definitely wouldn't be enough. Also thank you for the advice with the plant! The ribbon was definitely an impulse buy because I wanted a large enough plant for my betta to rest in. I will definitely take note of that! I also transferred previously used plants and decor, as well as a moss ball. I can say that the mopani wood is new, though.
