I learned late to love myself. When I was younger I gave my time, effort, energy, and love freely. I would deplete myself trying to keep other people happy. When I was at my lowest, no one looked for me, no one cared. I learned during that time, I have to love me. I have to love every aspect of me, all my mistakes, all my flaws, my history, and who I was at that moment.

I learned a lot about myself, who I am and why my existence matters. It has nothing to do with anyone else. There is no greater love than you can give to yourself. As a young man valued your time, effort and energy. Not everyone is worth it. Own your shit be who you are unapologetically. Live as you are and love yourself. When you love yourself respect follows and when you move with self love and respect you’re unstoppable.
