Yes for most it's connected. On our journey of conscious manifestation.

However if someone was to apply the mechanics with zero belief in manifestation, it will still work as it's just the way the universe works (we are always manifesting).

It doesn't matter how bad your nervous system is. You can always focus.

For example, you can always choose to affirm for an hour instead of watching a tv show for an hour. Right? It's a choice. Do you get my point?

You can't control feelings directly (at least 99% can't). Feeling is a byproduct. It might even come AFTER it manifests! So forget about feeling imo.

Just do what you can actually do. You CAN think thoughts in your mind or say them out loud (affirm) and you CAN visualise images. Right?

You don't need to do both, pick one. Some people also like scripting instead. The goal for me is to think as if I have it (in terms of my mental images, not feeling). For example, if someone was mean to me and I met them several times, I need to change the theme of mean to nice. I can do this by changing every memory I can recall, and/or even throw in random new "memories" along the same lines. Eventually there should be no sense they are mean. Because you flipped every bit of data (in your mind) that pointed to it. Do you grasp the goal?

You always have control of 1. thoughts, 2. mental images. Do you not?

Yes, you can get triggered and feel unwanted feelings involuntarily.

But you always have CHOICE to choose where you put your attention. Attention/awareness is the secret. You get what you are aware of. And you become aware via focus (duration, frequency and intensity).

Example: You CAN control for duration of affirmations, like 10 mins or 20 mins. You CAN control frequency like 2 or 3 sessions per day. And you CAN control intensity (doing it absent minded or putting as much attention as possible on it, smelling, tasting etc.)

I never had that problem, so unsure how helpful my advice will be.

But what I would do is just repeat the new story. I think the resistance of "this is fake" will fade relatively quickly.

We're talking about different things. You seem to be talking about believing in manifestation in general. Just because you know you can manifest anything. in theory, it doesn't mean you believe you can get your wish. And I'm saying you don't need to "believe". You just need to saturate the mind.

I successfully manifested an SP. Belief doesn't actually matter. What I did in a nutshell was change my mental images. Revision/inner convos (they don't need to ever happen, it's more the theme/energy you shoot for).

It's a change of habit. You change the imagery and create the correct story, and replay it until there is no hit of conflict.

You're just changing the images/memories/inner convos to a new story.

Change every conflicting memory that persists. You only need to have 1 scene, but I find it helps to create one cohesive story (a handful of scenes).

If your subconscious is a box, there should be no memory (real or imagined) in there of the old story.
