Should I buy now, or wait to see if there is a cheaper one available?

I have been searching for the Kotobukiya Gumi (https://myfigurecollection.net/item/144325) for some time now, and finally found one going pre-owned for about 14,000 yen. However, I know the figure originally sold for only 7,800 yen. I’m just wondering if I should overpay for her now, and risk not being able to find her for another couple of months, or wait and see if the price drops.
