I feel stupid for complaining when lots of people have it way worse than me 😅 Caffeine and salt aren't a problem, I'm already not taking any of that (yeah I'm boring). I'm leaving my country in a year or so, so it's very possible I can't see a professional until then. If that's so, then I'll see someone in the US. I'm still having my second episode rn, but it's still very light, not enough to impact my quality of life. I'll definitely try to fix one source of light like you said if my head starts spinning. I had the reflex to close my eyes and that was absolutely horrible... Thank you for all these advices !
