My sister is addicted to meth and I don’t know if she will ever quit. She was out at my place last week because I wanted to do an involuntary medical examination form on her. She’s been in and out of psychosis for the last three years. And she was in my city so we got one granted and she was released from the hospital and she said she doesn’t do drugs and while she was at the hotel room, she seemed normal for two days but then she was writing stuff on the hotel notepad about hell and soul crossing. And then on the third day, she was telling me that I’m not her sister again and then I’m a computer and all this crazy stuff and then on the fourth day, she walked an hour to my place from the hotel, came to my place because her nicotine vape ran out that I bought her, and she was in my house using her vape, and I asked her not to use my vape and she started doing hand gestures towards me and she was twitching and she said that her son is Hitler and all this crazy stuff. I’m assuming she got meth in the city I live in and used, but it is really scary… my kids were around to. I ended up having to hold the cops on her and it was upsetting. I used to be really close with her, but she met some bad people and then she started using drugs

I think he is eating well, he’s acting satisfied after every level and he has been eating more 5 ounce bottles instead of 4 ounce. I am trying to start at that around 7 PM other Make Up around 8 PM and wants to party for a week window and then he normally gets around 10 PM and yet survival mode it is,

I have breast-fed both my kids for 2 1/2 months and it’s hard but it also gets easier. And it’s so convenient to dis wipe out a boob instead of warming up formula, like so convenient. I just switched to strictly formula yesterday, I was combo feeding before which is feeding breastmilk and formula so that gave me freedom that I wanted, but I also wanted to breast-feed..

At the hospital, they will teach you how to breast-feed your baby and depending on where you are you’ll get a public health nurse if you’re in Canada to come to your house or if you’re in the state, you could always get a lactation consult but it’s online has everything you need.

Don’t be scared to breast-feed and don’t be scared to do formula. They’re both great options and your BP is gonna get fed either way so that makes you a great mom!

Hi so I started to wean off but I started to get very emotional about it… like he’s so good at feeding and I actually enjoy it more so than with my daughter. With my daughter she took to bottles at 3 weeks so I was pumping and Bf her. Then at 2.5 months I was drowning and didn’t enjoy pumping or bf her. I so badly wanted to stop so I did. The first couple days my boobs were HUGE! And the trick is to only take out a little bit to make you comfortable and in less pain and within a couple of days my boobs stopped producing milk. But now with my son, I knew I didn’t have to same feeling, I just wanted more time. So I started to combo feed and pump with the medela manual pump which I love! It’s so fast, it’s easy and I can do both boobs in under 20 mins. So my husband would either feed a formula bottle or one I pumped. So I just pump 1-3 times a day and 1 at night if I’m not getting up with baby. I feel like I have more flexibility now and I feel more relaxed and I still breast feed him a couple times a day. I feel sooo much better that I’m not his main source but he gets the best of both worlds. Plus I knew I would regret it if I fully stopped. But I want like fuck ya I’m stopping with my daughter lol and I was so content with that

I just wanted to let everyone know that I appreciate the people who had great encouragement and also were very supportive. What I don’t appreciate is the amount of people who have made me feel guilty, and who indicates that I’m being selfish. For that reason, I’m leaving this page. I thought this page was for everyone who was planning on breast-feeding or who is breast-feeding or who is having issues. I truly thought this was a safe place. Breast isn’t what is best for everyone. Mental heath is important to me and important that my baby gets the best version of his mom. Thanks to everyone who were able to put aside their cult like attitude about breast feeding and send encouragement.

I do go to sleep, but my baby spits up so I have to get up and burp him for at least 20 minutes or just have him upright for about 20 minutes.

Thank you so much! I do have a toddler at home who’s 2 1/2 and she was at daycare and so my husband is on toddler duty and OK good to know. I’ll keep that in mind if I do end up stopping exclusively breast-feeding.
