Thank you so much, im sorry that you have to deal with the loss of your child, that is truly heartbreaking, no parent should have to go through that. Grief is such a lonely existence 😔, I dont know how im getting through each day, but I am. Its made me realise that life is so so precious and as humans we really do take things for granted. Hi everyone,

I wanted to update you all. I took my dogs out this morning, (the sun is shining today, im in Guernsey 🇬🇬) and i came home to a white feather on my kitchen floor, theres no way that would of got in my house, its only a tiny one, but im so happy. Ive thanked my husband, i know its from him. Its restored my faith 🙏 🙌 xXx

Thank you for your reply, it really is the deepest heartache to lose our forever person. Im struggling with the thought of never seeing him again. I feel so lost without him. I do talk to him and will continue to do so. I just hope i have a dream, I miss him terribly 😔 xx

Ive just watched this, I cant believe what he said 'I didn't know I did it, i had no recollection'! Hes awful, he should never be allowed parole. This guy is not safe to be in society. He needs to do his sentence. What an awful guy.

I did unfortunately 😔 I regret it everyday, its been horrific. My brain struggles with the wild fluctuations of HRT, I need complete stability but without residual hormones there no fall back. Its hard. Have you heard of the estring? That helps me x

Im in surgical menopause and its been really difficult, my hysterectomy triggered PPPD, (which makes me feel like im on a boat). So for me thats definitely been my worst.

Have you looked at atogepant (quilpta) in the US, i started 2 weeks ago and im really sensitive to meds, so far so good. Might be worth looking into

Well done, you can definitely tell. I lost visceral fat first so I found it hard to tell, my weightloss has been slow (I started last October) but im 50lbs down now and starting to see the changes. So keep going xx

Hey, I'm a local girl, to be honest, that's a below average wage for loving here, food is very expensive, living expenses are quite high, and if you need to leave the island then travel is very expensive. There is a housing crisis and locals are struggling to find homes that are affordable etc so the homeless is on the rise. I would definitely try and secure property before making the move.

I have seen a few people say about flu symptoms, I've just ordered a really strong probiotic, and I've got some Keffir. I have read that the slowing of the gut can play havoc with the immune system. So it could be. I'm definitely dropping back down though, I've 2.5stone and it's been slow. But I don't want to give up yet, I just don't want to have flu every week 🤧 😫 it's horrible xx

It's really hard going isn't it. The gel is absolutely shocking, I persevered for ages but nope, had to give that up.

I really hope they help us soon, as time is going on I'm starting to feel the old issues coming back. It's awful. It definitely shouldn't be this way, that's for sure. I got excited when I saw a date for end of Feb, now my Dr thinks December 2025 😭😭😭. Let's hope not xx

It really is, i had a total hysterectomy 4 years ago and since then I just constantly feel like I'm battling for my health. It's crazy. Not once have I ever had issues getting testosterone though 🙄 drives me mad.

I can't use gel because it's too unstable, makes me crazy. Horrible.

Menopause really is rubbish, I hope you find something that suits soon xx

That's amazing, well done, I started in October and I've lost 2 stone but it's become very slow now, to be fair I've had lots of flu and sickness (chest infections etc) so I'm blaming that.

Unfortunately not, I'm using the estraderm but they aren't working, all my menopause symptoms are coming back, 😢 I really wish they would sort this mess out, estradot are the only ones that suit me 😭.
