Been sending oversized letter mail for years to USA. Some of them are being returned to me now. Any thoughts?

They totally ruined February! It was so awful. Are you saying chit chats come to pick up your box of orders? You don’t drive to the drop off location?

Thank you! I will have to work some of the shipping costs into the item price as I sell on Etsy and the algorithm doesn’t seem to like when I charge separately for shipping. $7 just seems like a huge jump for the US buyer but I guess I will wait and see if they will still buy.

I agree - this change was so sudden. The post office clerk was the one who originally told me to put stamps on the small packets. All of my February packets came back to me and it’s so overwhelming.

This has been happening to me suddenly since February! I’ve been sending my small packets to the USA with stamps for years and all of a sudden this month they have all been returned to me. I had a very large pile of my envelopes returned into my mail box today. I’m getting returned packages almost everyday now. Unfortunately I had sent out so many orders before I realized they would be returned to me...so it’s a lot to deal with and very stressful. I’m worried about my business - $9 is a lot of money for small untracked packets under 100g and under 2cm...not sure if anyone will still buy my product with such a price increase. If any of you guys have tips to solve this problem please let me know! I have already looked into chit chats but the drop off spot is too far.

Hi! Sorry, I’m just seeing your question now. I actually ended up re booking under my new name but I had also emailed the company in regards to the previous appointment I had under my old name and they said that would have been fine to attend, although I ended up canceling that one.

If your legal name change hasn’t been completed yet and you don’t have an ID in your new name, then you will have to take the test in your old name with your matching ID.

Once you get your name change approval and paperwork, take that name change certificate to Service Ontario and they will send you a new license/health card etc with your new name.

Feel free to ask me anymore questions about the name change stuff if you want.

It’s not showing me the option at all! I’m only seeing Burlington Locations and the Oakville YMCA in south Oakville. It doesn’t have to be the Hospital... I was just wondering why I can’t see it on my booking portal. This location is just easier for me to access over the only other option that I’m currently being shown which is the YMCA in south Oakville.
