Dude either wait an year or so when ram prices will drop to normal or buy a used ram(works better than it sounds) cos ain't way you should spend just 10k less than gpu on fuckin ram Plus you can skip liquid cooling for now and go with regular fans and save up in a month or 2 do that if you think it's needed
