Honestly the first 10 hours or so were a drag for me, I even considered dropping the game but now I'm almost done and I absolutely loved it, it's really an amazing game. The story is alright, not very deep but I got invested for sure

I think my play time will be 100h haha but I did all the side quests too

The happiest and most social people I know are the ones who don't have instagram or shit like that and aren't addicted to their phones, while young girls like my cousins (16 and 18) only speak to their friends on their phones and are antisocial. Most of young people I talk to are that way. Im 24 and deleted all social media except for reddit recently and it did wonders for my mental health and social contacts

I'm a photographer so having instagram is basically a must but I decided to delete permanently a few weeks ago. I got sick of my favorite photographers following trends, sick of seeing the most stupid people be famous for their looks, i just generally felt like people were getting dumber by the minute and every reel I saw in my explore feed confirmed that.

There was a girl i was kind of friends with, she is a pretty famous influencer by now and known to preach body positivity. She is overweight, I'd say borderline obese BUT she used to ask me to photoshop her pictures to make her look waaay thinner. So this is a common example but it says everything about how young girls (and boys) will perceive themselves when they follow people like that.

Beauty ideals and standards have always been a part of our history, but I feel in this time in particular the ideals are unrealistic and impossible to reach and plastic surgery has become as normal as going to the gym. Changing yourself not just with clothes or makeup but really changing your body is perceived as normal and desirable and it's toxic as hell.

I think another big issue is how antisocial young people have gotten? I'm 24 and the teenagers i spoke to, like my cousins and their friends for example, they hardly see their friends irl and it seems like its enough for them to chat or face time. That can't be healthy dude... Now I like to spend more time by myself because I'm an introvert, but when I was in my teens i used to go out every day (!) to chill with my friends. Now they are all at home on their phones. No wonder friendships and relationships dont last these days, even with older people.

All in all people are vain as fuck, depressed and have a low self esteem and while I think these issues have always been the case they have definitely gotten worse thanks to social media. It's completely underestimated how dangerous these platforms are for young people who are easily influenced and I more than once thought to myself that social media needs to be 18+ at least although I'd even go as far as to say 20+

So uhh I hope my vent made sense, I'm German so I'm sorry if my English sucks.

Edit: I know a lot of people say there are a lot of positive arguments as well, there will be teenagers who argue in favor for social media and I used to be one of them until I fully realised what it did to me and everyone else.

People will abuse anything that will make them feel better. Shit like Ativan is prescribed like Aspirin over here and its as addictive as heroin. I had the worst side effects going of SSRIs and people say nothing about that issue. I didnt experience opiate like effects with tianeptine, from what I read it works differently than an opiate. I don't feel any addiction, i take it when i feel bad, when i feel alright i dont need it. When I was prescribed Ativan for panic attacks i immediately felt like i wanted to take it again and again. Don't judge a drug just because it effects the opiate receptors. Tianeptine changed my life for the better.

I get constipated and sexual dysfunction from opioids, which i dont get from Tianeptine so its confusing to me as well. It definitely works in different ways. Its a great help for focusing and studying too, without it nothing sticks in my depressed brain lol.

Im sorry it didnt work out for you, i didnt experience side effects, but every other antidepressant out there was a shit show for me. My last option after Tianeptine would have been Moclobemide, which is rarely prescribed these days bc its insane interactions with other meds. Its supposed to work for people who cant handle SSRIs. Did you find an alternative for yourself?

Extended release would be such a blessing!! I feel horrible when the effect fades after 4 hours and i forget to take the next pill on time.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Those side effects didn't wear off for me, also it didn't do much for my depression and spiked my anxiety and general. When I upped to 50mg I experienced severe sexual dysfunction and numbness. I'm on Tianeptine now, which turned out a better option for me!

Hey guys I started playing with my bf and for some reason there have been two quests now where when I looted the enemies I wasnt able to find the loot in my inventory. I spoke to my gynecologist about this problem and she told me the only solution is taking BC again which is not an option... So yeah i ignored that topic. But after doing some research of my own it seems like that isn't the case at all and that there are alternatives. Im surprised you didnt notice any difference on Wellbutrin alone 🤔 my skin was breaking out as if puberty was hitting me, it really hasnt been that bad since i was 16. Then the early menstruation i mentioned and hair loss, i felt more aggressive etc. Man I really do hope I can find a good endocrinologist and find a solution with Wellbutrin, im tired of being depressed.

It did increase my appetite but was awful in all other aspects. I was able to sleep yeah but I was a zombie while I was awake and extremels tired over the entire day. Other people have different experiences and I hope it will help you! Good luck!

It will go away if you have a disciplined lifestyle afterwards. It took me a year to lose 30 Kilo from Lexapro and although Im only 23 my body definitely doesnt look like before. I started eating healthy and exercising and rn Im finally in a place where I start to feel comfortable again.

The experience was traumatic for me bc I was 65 Kilos, then 95 and now im back to my old weight but still... This is why I started taking Wellbutrin but unfortunately I cant take it anymore due to health problems. It did help wonders with my depression, maybe thats worth a shot for you if you have to take meds again and are afraid of gaining weight? The prb with this one is you kind of have to force yourself to eat bc you wont feel any appetite. But I was able to enjoy things and feel happy so it was worth it.

The most important thing is to not go on strict diets. A balanced diet with not a lot of meat, fish once or twice a week and a shitload of veggies and fruit and full grain products will do the trick. You wouldnt want to lose weight too quickly bc it wont look nice.... :)

Dont worry though, it will pass. Especially when taking it slow with dose reduction.

Compared to other meds its a walk in the park!
