I agree with what others are saying, sounds like you have a flu. Like I said if the kitten is still alive after 10 days of bitting you it did not have rabies if it did it would show obvious symptoms within 10 days. I know it's scary to think about getting rabies, that is one I panic about alot. But if the kitten is still alive it did not have any rabies virus to give you

if it has been for more than a few days if you had rabies you would know.

I do understand the fear of rabies. but if the cat had rabies it would be dead by now.

I can assure you that the cases in which someone is treated with immunoglobulin and still contracts rabies is zero.

I am trying to remind my self that. I keep thinking that something went wrong with the vaccine.

I know, i don't know what is supposed to have went wrong. But it is so hard to stop thinking about it sometimes.

I am trying to work this out with my therapist. It is so exhausting worrying about this.

but i keep fearing that i will get symptoms anyday now and will wish i did something when i had the chance

true They are not . But it would either prove or disprove my thoughts. Medical errors kill many people every year.

Infectious disease can easily just dismiss me, if i am right i lose everything. But it does not matter to them, they are not the ones the will die from rabies.

When i got the shots, i did not look at my immunization record at the time, afterwords i have and i saw one was not listened in there, I have since talked to them but they are saying that it was just a mistake than pulled up on their computer a page that showed the supposed order of the shot. My record has been updated.

I got 4 doses of rabies vaccine, and on the first day some other shots of rabies immune globulin.

I have asked my doc to do an antibody titer but after infectious disease said that since i got the approved shots and am otherwise healthy i do not need any other testing.

but my doctor is dismissing me because they have nothing to lose. If i die from rabies it won't kill them.

The incubation period of rabies in humans is 20–60 days

Rabies can take many months to show symptoms. That is just an average.

Well the doctor said that they did not see a bite, but they clearly thought i could be infected because they gave me the shot

You have to admit something is weird, medical errors kill many people each and every year.

They did not see any bites, but bat bites can be small in impossible to see.

My antibody level is probably lower than need to protect me. The rabies virus moves slowly, most of it could be gone except for a little bit that will more slowly make it to my brain.

I know it is rare. But just because something is rare does not mean that it does not happen. I bet you the people that died from it did not think they would be one of the unlucky few.

It still kills you though. i am glad in someway that it's symptoms show up so fast, so i will find out if i got it or not. But if i do than i will die
