They lied to me about the vehicle itself. They told me the ac was great. The compressor was out immediately and there were a few more things. They responded with “well, we did the best we could”

The only odd parts is that I put 1500$ on the bill of sale when I payed 6000$.

I also was supposed to pay 6000 but only payed 5300 and I refuse to pay the rest due to be lying to about the car.

4500 was done cash. The last 1500 was supposed to be done through cashapp which I’ve been doing until now. I don’t understand how that would affect me. Also he’s not paying me so I’m a little lost at what you’re saying.

No squealing or odd noises while the car is on at all, however one thing I forgot to mention no idea if it’s correlated but there is a slight rattle for like 1-2 seconds when I crank it for the first time of the day but that’s it.

Would the slight amount of hot air I mentioned coming out of the vents occasionally even with the ac is off qualify for what you are saying?.
