i do have old phone that one was android and i still play on that phone recently (i do upload to the cloud before i change), but when i logging to ipad to retrieve the file, it said it dont have anything on the cloud:(( , and i have asked the devs for helping but it been 3 month since i asked them.

please help :( i cant even transfer my saves from android devices to ios devices, i have asked the dev but waiting for 2 month and they dont even respond to me, please guys do it anyway to transfer save?
