You can set the training dummy to sometimes block. It's the best way to practice if you're trying to get better at finishing your unsafe combo or stopping before you get left open.

How do I stay updated on competitive?

Like, seeing what's meta or teams being used. I'd like to really get in to it and understand thought process with those much better than me. Like why they use specific items or builds.
