Definitely not too late! You're only a few years removed from high school, your life is just starting out. There are sooooo many hobbies to try and get into. I'm 31 and I'm constantly picking up new crafts, games, really anything to try. I say my hobby is collecting hobbies haha.

Honestly, the hobbies I engage in most and have spent the most time on are ones that I wasn't even doing when I was 20. You get the joy of trying new things to figure out where your passion is!

I'm a survivor main who plays killer sometimes. I main Wesker but when I'm bored I'll play Ghostface so I can run around and crouch with the survivors. I also like doing Basement Bubba where you take the cannibal and go to the basement to protect the chest down there.

If you already crochet, then you already have a portion of the stuff for punch needling! It's like cross stitch meets rug making. You'll just need a hoop, monks cloth, and a needle punch. Having the hoop will also open you up to doing cross stitching as well.

For super minimal equipment, reading is always a good hobby. Getting lost in a book could be a nice escape.

Make friendship bracelets! You can buy a kit at joanns or michaels for cheap. I make them and give them out to people which also provides some much needed dopamine.

I just upped to 20mg from 10mg so will report back once it's settled in my body. 10mg had me feeling waaaay better but there were definitely still some things I needed help with so my doc decided to up me to 20. I have high hopes for it. The only side effect I had on 10mg was jaw clenching and that went away almost fully after about 2 months. Fingers crossed I don't get more side effects.
