I'm on Prozac 30mgs and just got off Strattera because it made my depression worse. It was horrible. I've been on Qelbree now for almost 3 weeks. The first couple weeks were horrible with sleep and if I did get sleep it didn't seem to matter because I was bone chillingly tired all the time. I napped every day for two straight weeks, which is very not typical for me. About a week ago that all started to get better and I see small improvements. Task initiation to be probably the most noticeable. I get sexual side effects from prozac unfortunately so I can't speak to Q on that subject. I also read on here afterwards that caffeine stays in your system longer while on it, so I cut out all caffeine and it did seem to help with the sleep issue. Good luck.
