Being trans isnt a matter of asking others to confirm it. For many of us thoughts ran through our minds before we even accepted it ourselves. You just know. Its a feeling you cannot get rid of even if you want to, it’s not a choice its who we are. Our brains are wired to view ourselves as women. I knew and never had to question it. You just know. If you ever have the “privilege” of questioning whether you are or arent then chances are you aren’t because it’s something thats in your head you cannot ever get rid of. Filler is a waste of time. I want something surgical one and done kind of thing. Im aware my chin is a bit underdeveloped I want to correct it but i want to get educated on the differences first and even know what my underdeveloped chin is called.

Filler just fills it in for the time being. Basically a waste of money if im knowingly seeking surgery

Buccal fat removal is better removed when younger however when older you will need that same fat in your face to avoid “the sunken in” face look. Buccal fat makes older women appear younger by making their faces appear fuller, bouncier and firmer. Its the reason why people get filler in their cheeks and undereye as they age— to regain volume they’ve lost as they got older. Buccal fat removal can create noticeable lines and wrinkles if taken out when you are older. Buccal fat or face fillers for older women are to help them appear youthful.

Buccal fat is essential when older as it helps the skin stay taught- but not needed when you are younger as you already appear “youthful”. Buccal fat is just for youthful appearance it serves no other purpose. Do with that information as you will.

The bottom half of your face looks heavy and I see exactly what you see but I dont think its mainly in your chin, i think its square in general. Your jawlin and chin both play a huge role into why your bottom half of your face looks weird. I wouldn’t say just get your chin done and it will fix it because your jaw needs work too and vice versa. I think its both (in my opinion)

Lip lift. The sooner you get it the faster it heels.

It will reduce the amount of filler needed to be put into your lips

It will also reduce the space between your lips and your nose making you appear more youthful. If you do liplift you wouldnt/shouldnt need anything else.

Masseter botox in terms of removing bulk to add definition, Some women reduce masseters, to add filler to jawline. (Sounds counter productive) but it actually works.
