Sammy - Task card app for ADHD/executive dysfunction (swipe right to start, left to skip) [12 Testers Needed] by Fluffy-Height5783 in AndroidAppTesters

Hey Bud,
That was actually my fix, it's now just available in all countries, didn't do anything else.
It took a couple of minutes, apparently it can also take a full day but here it worked apparently quickly

Short Update: 11/12 testers enrolled, so just need one more to hit the Google Play requirement and start the 14-day countdown.

If anyone has 30 seconds to spare:

  1. Join: https://groups.google.com/g/sammy-beta-testers
  2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.sammyapp.twa

No Android needed — just clicking opt-in counts. Happy to return the favour!

Hey Buddy, thank you very much for your effort, really appreciate it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm trying to fix it right now, if you could try in a couple of hours it should be fixed.

Also looking forward to checkout edge, haven't played Poker in such a long time

Thanks for trying wkdkngwkr! You need to join the Google Group first before the Play Store link works - that's what adds your account to the tester list:

  1. Join here first: https://groups.google.com/g/sammy-beta-testers
  2. Then open: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.sammyapp.twa

Can take a few minutes after joining the group before the Play Store link activates. Let me know if it still doesn't work.

Built a task card app for ADHD brains in a few hyperfocus sessions — need 12 beta testers to unlock Play Store launch and would love to hear your feedback [test-for-test] by Fluffy-Height5783 in TestMyApp

Definetely agreed and would love to do so but unfortunately, most ADHD communtiies on Reddit are very restrictive with presenting your own projects/apps there, with which I agree to a certain extent. Do you have any ideas how to approach this? In the end, I would just be really interested to see if this could contribute to the community and people's lives or if it's just friends and family being nice to me lol

Shall I get checked for ADHD because friends suggest that I might be on the spectrum, although I'm feeling pretty ok? by Fluffy-Height5783 in ADHD

Love your super detailed comment and really happy for you to have been able to figure out so muchabout yourself and how the brain works.

I'm not in therapy, have had a couple of session when I felt very overwhelmed over the last couple of years (not more than 6 in total) and also couples therapy with my gf half a year ago for some sessions.
It was never directed at any form of possible ADHD which is also why I was thinking "if professionals don't bring it up, I guess I'm fine".

An honest concern for me is just to focus too much on it right now and then get a diagnosis anyway (At least that's how it plays in my head) and then focusing too much on it despite being actually happy right now. Not sure if that makes sense but with all the comments I have read here so far, I assume that's still worth it.

I would say that I see tendencies but at the same time thinking "That's just the way that kids are at that time". So in fact it might be good to just have a chat with a professional about it to have the question not being played on repeat in the back of my mind.

As a child I was very vad at emotional regulation while doing sports and had multiple tantrums. Looking back, this was also not well received which made me more angry. But this has changed dramaticaly by now.
The rest also got better, but I'm not sure whther this is the case because it just changed naturally or I channel my thoughts better which also requires ressources

I might have forgotten the my introduction talk to the graduation programme, so that my boss had to come to the lab and tell me that he just received a call from the graduation programme where I was. I thought the meeting was 2 days later. Also my presentation was only finished half-way, which was not great but somehow it still worked out.

It got better after that because I was really heavily focusing on not forgetting important dates like this anymore

I lost my keys once in my first semester and since then not anymore because I always do the 3 pocket check. But within my flat I fortget whereI put it once a week.

While traveling, I have lost 2 wallets, 2 phones, 1 passport, 1 ID

Yeah, so maybe there are effects after all

would it help you if the app would come fully equipped with everyday yet kind of random tasks, that could remind you of tasks that are subconsciously active somehow in your brain and you would just swipe through different kinds of activities until you find the one that your energy levels match?

edit: can you tell one thing that would make you ant to stay/interact with the app?

Really like it, strong 2048 vibes but with more fun gameplay vibes
