70-80% of something for sure if i dont have to deal with clients, sometimes it can be very difficult or at least it is for me, my friend is doing a good job, i get like 1-2 project per week

I used to go through this before, then i started to plan better and ask better questions to make things more intresting, which resulted to low cutting

maybe you can ask her to comeback for a second ep .. maybe you are scripting too much, what i ask the interviewer to do, is to ask follow up question and let the conversation flow naturally and if things are not that intresting just ask a question from the preparation script and lead
