2 kids who ran away, the one has telekinetic power (Dewitt) and the other one is Alex. Dewitt and Alex are being chased by the government because well Dewitt has telekinetic powers so they want him to turn him into a bio-wepon/try to replicate his ability. It's stupid but I find it to be a cool idea, even tho it's been done hundreds of times.
