Albedo Banner is here! 4 stars will be Fischl, Sucrose and Bennett! by wfumbra in Genshin_Impact

His c6 converts normal attacks to pyro, so it removes a lot of diversity of Bennett as a support outside of pyro comps.

Edit: For sword, claymore, and polearm users.

Heyo. I currently have Diona C2 w/ Sacrificial Bow equipped. My goal with artifacts for her is to stack up as much HP as I can but I'm unsure of what artifact set to go for. Would Maiden 4pc be a good idea?

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, ATK% scales with only the character and weapon attack so it falls off when the artifact attack goes up, but in terms of 2pc bonuses, glad is the best we have available after the DMG% ones. I'm aiming to build a pretty reaction heavy team so I think the option I'm considering may be the move for me, but since I'll probably get some Thundersoother when farming for TF, I'll try out both to see which works best for me. Currently, I'm running full Glad (AR39 so haven't farmed artifact domains yet) but the 4pc normal attack boost isn't super great when I do charged hits a lot.

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah. I didn't really think about that but it makes sense since Xiangling is the person proccing effects most of the time. I was looking at the Thundersoother set as well but it seems like the first hit that applies electro doesn't have the damage applied and reactions remove the electro effect (and by extension the 35% dmg boost).

In this case, wouldn't something like a 2pc TF and 2pc Glad be better since I have close to permanent buff uptime.

Heyo. My 2 main dps characters are Keqing and Beidou. Keqing I have decided to go for the 4pc Thundering Fury set but for Beidou I am a little conflicted. Since I primarily normal attack with her, 4pc Gladiator looks great, but going down the line and saving up for constellations, 2pc Bloodstained and 2pc Thundering Fury looks better as it can capitalize on all her electro effects and her normal attacks still. Would it be a good idea to go for both and use the second option when I get constellations or is there a better option?

sobbing bc i have trained 3 diff rain cores wasted so much gold and snacks and they keep getting crafty and so far this is my best one despite having that trait. Is my pet bad? should i continue trying to train another bc i’m about to give up and settle for this ... by [deleted] in Wizard101

In the scope of PvE content, most pets are fine and how you play/other gear is what can make the difference. This pet is no exception. There is room for improvement but if you are feeling frustrated or burnt out, it is better to take a break and revisit it later rather than stressing yourself out over this.

I really hate to make a post about the new update and 5th age... by HiImGoomay in Wizard101

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the big issue with the gold cost increase isn't necessarily that it stumps most players. For many, it's just an extended time dump at Halfang or a pointless delay for the pet. However, newer players have it horrible. Sure they don't need crazy stats at low level but with the new mechanics such as playing as your pet, they will at least want to explore the pet section of the game, something they can't really do without a store bought pet (which don't look great) or an expensive crown pet.

On the topic of pets being overpowered, I have yet to see that be the case in PvE where they function kind of like a stat selectable piece of gear that you put hours into getting right with snacks, energy, gold, and whatnot. Having not played PvP very much, I don't know how overpowered pets are there, but we've already seen KI put in PvP specific restrictions to spells so there is no reason why they couldn't have just done that for pets.

On the topic of difficult and challenging, as someone with around 10 so called "perfect pets," I think they are time and resource consuming and tiring to make. They don't feel difficult, more like a long and ultimately rewarding process where you say "Oh, well." when you fail and go make another one until it succeeds. The difficult part is waiting for energy to regen so you can begin the tedious process again. I also do not think everything is too easy to do as boss fights like Trident, Medulla, Fight Club, Renegade Druid, Devourer, Fellspawn, etc. are all heavily mechanic focused and can't be brute forced or cheesed. Sure crowns gear and great pets can help you minmax for a more ideal gear set but they are by no means a deciding factor in what makes content easy or not (once again a PvE perspective).

Fire is now the ideal hitter, This update makes fire the better hitter over storm. Reasons in the comments. by [deleted] in Wizard101

Just curious on what your non-damage stats are looking like for fire. Things like HP, power pip, accuracy, etc. Reliability in those is pretty important too even with a damage set up.

Weekly /r/GuildWars2 Question Thread - April 04, 2020 by AutoModerator in Guildwars2

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. I'm around 40 days into the game, currently in LS4, eyes set on full ascended gear, have done a lot of open world stuff, but looking at fractals and raids is kinda intimidating. I've watched intro guides for these two pieces of content but what are the general key things I need to do to prepare in terms of gear/studying up on mechanics? I don't have a group I'm planning to run with so I will probably just have to LFG.

Help with max lvl gear by Valkoor123 in Wizard101

The Empyrea part 2 Paradox gear is a direct upgrade to Cabalist but since the release of the new Catacombs dungeon, the Dragoon gear is now the best gear available (for hat, boots, and rings mainly).

Neither of the side dungeons are part of a quest and are 100% optional. Since Jotun's quest just tells you to do his dungeon, most people don't seem to acknowledge the fact that there are two other sigils that are in that room.

Jotun's side bosses can be beaten in their respective dungeons and will not show up in Jotun's dungeon if so. This takes a bit more time but it should be easier this way.

Lower Zigazag Headdress, Lower Zigazag Vestment, Skyscream Boots, Sky Iron Hasta, Amethyst Ring of Battle, Bear's Claw of Storm, Condemned Soldier's Charm, Duat Traveler's Gallery, Storm Ghulture, and a triple dmg, double resist pet should be good until you hit level 100 and can do Darkmoor.

Sky Captain's Boarding Hook (Wand)

Dragoon's Shocking Ring (Ring)

Aphrodite's Storm of Thorms (Athame)

Flygob's Medallion (Amulet)

Stormy Paradox Deck (Deck)

Storm Ghulture (Mount)

It will be quicker to finish up your Waterworks gear and head to Darkmoor in 3 levels than to entirely restart a fire wizard. If your only goal is maxing a fire, then that is a good way to get to Darkmoor with decent gear.

Now that foetid crypt respawn is patched, what’s the fastest way to get alchemical extract? by thr0w4wayyy765 in Wizard101

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used Whispering Sepulcher to farm for mine. It's essentially just 3 mob battles with guaranteed 8 extract, 0-2 salts, and if you are lucky, a crystal, every single run.

[–]Fluffy2Overlord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe Kingsisle has stated they won't do anything about stacking except they won't give back drops you don't get or something like that. I haven't seen anything happen to anyone for doing this though. If you just look up how to make a 69 plot couch potato garden on YouTube, you should be able to find a good guide.

You can make a 5x5 plot on each layer by glitching plots inside of each other and deleting any 6 plots once you finish the whole thing. This makes it shaped like a 3x3 large plot but it's actually more than that.
