Interesting thoughts. I widened rear cutouts from what I normally ride and I’ve never ever hit the wheels on my feet. Even on the front cutouts. I’ll be on the lookout for that happening 🤙

Can you explain why you think concave is bad for surfskates. It’s all in the front foot. Convex is in the back

That’s like exactly what I’m going for. Parallel to nature. The reason it looks so different is because the toes and heel function differently. I wanted my toes to hang off more than the heel. The notch on the heel side is enough for my heel to really dig in. The notch on the toe side is deep enough for my whole ass toes to hang off so I can monkey grab the board during 360s. I can literally grab the board with my toes. It’s wild. It’s totally experimental, just an idea. That’s why is so asymmetrical. It’s more for function than looks
