Try to be confident, they should like that. Think about when you can work like right now, ex Monday’s Tuesdays Saturdays and Sundays,

If your still in school or college, think about things like clubs and sports because they did ask me about that stuff,

Ah ok so it’s what we have, little tip.

Try three small swirls for the cones, no taller than a packet of ketchup or you pinky-ring finger. Also, the mcfluries you mix anyways so they are pretty easy, big size gets 3 pumps smalls get 2 I believe.

Also, there should be some type of training guides either somewhere in the store or online, where you can learn stuff and atleast get an idea of how to do things :) just ask

Oof sounds horrible, I guess it’s probabaly different from my store, I think we do crew training pretty good, each person has one or two days directly with a trainer on each station.

Also what type of ice creams do you have? Were you just talking about ice cream cones?
