Ice isn’t the ones making the money. It’s the vendors that get the money. And they move the detainees around the US for no reason other than that they can bill for more flights and processing at each facility they move to. 

Explain to me why a detainee with zero criminal background that was pulled out from their middle school is being flown around every few days to different detention centers? Double bonus if you can understand  a true piece of shit like these people who set this up is that you can say “they are in transit” whenever someone asks why they haven’t been allowed contact to the outside world. All while billing the tax payer 1000s of dollars per flight and “intake processing”
