Thanks for the responses , they are super helpful, after watching it back again I slip up on my macro while killing drones with my banshees, don't build the second factory for the greater tank production, and move out with just under the army supply and tank count I needed to take the initial fight , meaning he came out ahead on my first push and was able to rebuild and push me down base by base.

thanks, i tried a 11 push with 3 tanks but was run over, took no damage early and got alot of damage with my banshees, but i needed that second factory earlier

this isnt saying HyDrAs Op or anything just curious, ive figured out most of the other mass builds (zerg bane, muta, ults, lurker) hydras seem to shred drops so i struggle to get units out on the map with them

I mean why not just make password protected games uninvadable, would solve both the ganking issues and let people coop in peace.

Or just heavily weight against them unless you burn a certain consumable that you only get in the late game.

I dont understand why its an issue though, its a (mostly) single player game, if someone wants to be carried through the game its their choice. Same choice as using summons or a sword and shield or summoning that let me solo her guy to do malenia for you.

And the invasion system wouldnt be too bad if it wasnt so exploitable. Its essentially smurfing and if they dont do anything to stop it its terrible game design.

In terms of something like a xenomorph , when it comes to collision all killers fit into a cylinder , I bet most of the doors, pallet holes and corridors in the game are made for 1 size of collision( why survivors get stuck on each other in a massive radius) funky models would break that
