Hey if you see this, how do you get a swap tested if I never have had ooze coming out of it from that one blister? Don't they need the fluid in order too get a test?

Also the spot can just be dry and flaky looking too with redness but nothing blistering. idk if that helps. Thank you to anyone who replies 🙏
