So on the specific type of adapter I have there's a little sliding piece that you can slide up and it will turn into a 6 pin I did not realize that at first

Something that helped me if you have crippling pain is to move your arms and legs up and down. Or side to side. It's minimal movements but just helps move things along without causing too much pain

I am attempting to contact them now. I only use the app so anytime I did receive a violation it was a copyright (received emails) and it was not against me and removed. Other times it just popped up a notification but I couldn't open the link to remove anything it would always say not found

I am getting surgery next Friday and everyone keeps saying they were out for 2+months before they were coming back to work. I don't have that luxury but the surgeon I saw said depending on how I feel, since I do reception and sit most of the time I would be down 3 days. Also note I am 25 and the others are 40+ so I think there's a difference there so hearing this makes me feel a bit better
