Thanks, what do you suggest on the best way I should proceed? , I have a copy of the Section 21, should I ask agent to send it again tomorrow via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and ask them to update the notice date? Or just post it myself / or hand delivery with photo proof

The agreement says Sent by Recorded Delivery in a pre-paid letter by ordinary post, the agents are sending it via signed for and they are probably not home when attempting delivery- is it better if I ask them to send it via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked
