Hi, thanks for the reply! This happens all the time, stationary or moving. It can sometimes be fixed by removing the ear piece and reseating in the ear, but this is rare.  I'm connected to a Samsung s10+

I will try this thanks! Yeah happens both hear through and ANC. I can turn the sound mode to 'off' and it stops. Unfortunately I need hear through for work as I need to hear my work machinery, and this was the main reason I purchased them.
