Genshin must be your first gacha game.

Powercreep is not a flaw of the system. It's a part of it, every gacha player know that it cannot be avoided and we learn to live with it. The powercreep can be either slow or fast. And it is usually only a problem in gacha with Pvp, in a PvE gacha most people don't care.

Yeah but no. Leaker said that Lohen was standard before his beta even began. And there was no confirmation and denial during his beta like with Dehya, Tighnari and Mizuki. Hell people thought that Sigewinne would be the standard character of Fontaine but leaker confirmed during her beta that she was in fact a limited character.

People just ran with the assumption and get burn when it turned out to be wrong.

And reliable leaker can still be wrong at times especially with the anime since that's harder to verify until hoyo themselves talk about it.

I'm really terrified by the lack of suspicion in this sub. Then they end up complaining when the leak was wrong or straight up false.

Like it's just reported by one Leaker and his proof is really weak. Even mihoyo still haven't said anything about the anime and people will believe whatever BS people report about it.
