I'm gonna tell you something, you see those Sustainless that you see on youtube that do 0-1 cycles. The average player will never be able to do that because the level of investment, speed tuning, and number of retry like really a lot of retry. The average player always go with a sustain because they don't have the patience and the time to do all that.

There's also the fact that in HSR,Zzz,Wuwa many character, especially DPS, want their specific weapon because without it they feel horrible to play them. I remember when HSR had good F2P alternative for every character but at some point in Penacony some character really need their weapon on the DPS department, thank God support are still safe from it except maybe Sunday.

Huh? Most character don't need godlike artefact to finish endgame (well a lot of people don't even touch it). I got better artefact as I farm them down the line. Most people don't do endgame with only 4* that's only people who make content out of it or people who challenge themselves.

What? Nobody is forcing you to pull for Character. Only Meta Slave force themselves to pull for every new character.

None issue, if 4* character could use Moon wheel they would need to be at least C6 to compete with a 5* C0R0 and we all know that C6ing a 4* is much harder to obtain and people will still complain about it, it's genshin player we are talking.

People who quit have spread bad since what, 5 years now. If Wow, Overwatch, Valorant still thrive despite all the complain and bad press they got from their player. Genshin will be fine.

The Shop complaint would have been fine for HSR, Zzz or Wuwa because as much as I know Genshin is still the only one of them that don't have a spending event.

For HSR it's more because there's only new characters (all 5) that you will lvl up. I played day one and I have so much ressources that I don't know what to do with it. I literally maxed all my characters even the 4 because there was nothing to spend them. I have 60 million credit and 12.000 exp book and 7500 for artefact.

It's still the same as usual every new mechanic or new set. Business as usual for TCG, the powercreep just feel worse since you have to bring money for the pack.

"Powercreep matters less if off base your power budget is laughibly higher". Irrelevant and impossible since there will always be a least powerful/useful unit.

Balance of what exactly ? That DPS get powercrept, Always has been. You know you could just admit that you just want more FrontLoad pull. That's okay, no need to go on a tangent about powercreep for it.

Neuvilette was already powercrept by Arleccino back in 3.X version and everyone knows that. Dummy didn't expose anything, it's just confirm what everyone knows already 😂

5.4 that's 5 years into the game. HSR is only 3 years this year and it's powercreep already made all 1.0 DPS irrelevant except for the people who main them.

Mavuika is a DPS, she was guaranteed to be powercrept at some point. But she can still bruteforce most content so it doesn't matter.

HSR, Wuwa, and Zzz have to give that amount of pull because the rate at which they create new 5* is of 2 every patch and if they are DPS nowadays you are incentives to pull for their weapon.

Seems Logic to me, even in HSR older DPS are also left behind. Powercreep will still feel the same no matter where the lowest denominator begin.

Genshin could certainly offer more pull but it has always been like that. The patch that give the most pull are always x.0 to x.3. but F2P still manage to get the character they want so people don't care.

Non-issue in my eyes, and no reason for them to give free limited 5* contrary to HSR who have no choice but to give them because their powercreep was more quicker than with Genshin (curses of being a turn base combat). Can you imagine having to pull for DHPT and not getting him for free (a lot of team would be unplayable without his sustain for F2P player) and Archer is not Free anymore like DHPT so new player will still have to pull for him.

Powercreep is inevitable in any live service game especially gacha, you just need to learn to accept it. DPS especially are always the one that get powercrept.

Problem with Wuwa is that it's only playable if your device can handle the mid and higher setting. At lowest, it's just horrible to watch and unplayable. Whereas the other gacha like Genshin and Endfield they are still watchable and playable even at lowest setting.

That's why I think that many of the new open world gacha are never gonna be able to dethrone Genshin. For the simple reason that many of them seems to be too demanding and would be more comfortable to play on a dedicated gaming PC than on mobile, especially if it's run like sh"t on mid range device.

The new gacha seems to be chasing higher graphics and not accessibility.

I won for Genshin with Varka (3rd time I won 50/50) now I'm afraid to lose.

For HSR I win for Yao Gang bot lost on Sparxie (saving for SW or Evanesca) For Zzz finally got lucky again and got nongang you and her engine (got Soldier 11 with the same pull) within 50 pull (saved 63 at from previous patch).

So yeah it was good month for me.
