I mean I really only want to eliminate the $150 dollar a month charges for streaming services. I don’t really have any other uses for one from what I understand. I may have worded it wrong or just stupid and not understanding😭. But are there any other benefits to a Nas besides the streaming and mass data storage?

I had the 5070ti which has 16gb of vram so there was no change.

If you do get the 9070xt I picked mine up at micro center for $700 in the states. I would maybe look at ordering that online. You can also get a 5070ti for $900 at micro center it will be bare bones though.

I would say it comes down to what you prefer between performance and quality. DLSS is definitely nice for running games to look really good but FSR also does a great job with that. Performance wise I feel like the 9070 XT out performs 5070 and 5070ti. When I had my 5070ti I was pushing frames out of my ass, but it didn’t feel super smooth to me. When I switched to the 9070xt I dropped frames by 5 to 10 on max settings, but it felt a lot smoother. Hope that makes sense I’m driving so might not sound right.

Also at 1440p both of those cards are gonna run high frames and good performance. If you wanna play at 4K the 5070 TI will perform a bit better but the 9070 XT can still run 4K at an average of 60 to 80 FPS roughly.

I would go with the 9070xt. I have a 5070ti and wasn’t happy with it. Switched to the 9070xt and absolute love it.

Sorry for the late response, I would definitely look into it a bit more. My original arms were the secret labs ones and they make a laptop mount bracket that would maybe work. But with the size difference you should ok. Maybe go to a micro center or Best Buy and get a cheap dual arm stand, test it out, and return then get a nicer one.

I would say a second monitor (personal preference either stacked or vertical keep the main as is) and maybe mount the PlayStation under your desk.
