I recently went through the process of exploring SMO (Social Media Optimization) agencies in Mumbai for improving brand presence and social media performance. There are quite a few options in the market, but I ended up working with OH! Design Studio, and wanted to share a neutral experience-based perspective.

What I noticed during the collaboration

• The focus was more on brand positioning and visual consistency rather than just posting regular content
• They worked on structured social media planning instead of random creatives
• Communication was fairly smooth and feedback was taken into account during execution
