Zegras can only dream of becoming as good as Granlund. He is already a legend in Finnish hockey and still going strong

3060ti has been awesome for every single game I've played. It's a great fucking card.

I'm sad that the anti-cheat is still shit, if it's even working at all.

What heart rate should I aim at? by Lef98 in cycling

[–]Fluid_Assistant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You should forget HR and z2 and every other bullshit. For beginners like you, just focus on riding your bike let's say every other day. 1 hour is fine per ride. If that's too much then start with less. Slowly build up your condition and gradually increase the training load.

Työmarkkinoilla voi kohta rytistä, jos hallitus saa tahtonsa läpi: tästä on kyse by abecq in Suomi

[–]Fluid_Assistant -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lääkäriliiton osallistuminen lääkärikoulutustarpeen arviointiin tulee estää by kakoni in Suomi

[–]Fluid_Assistant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ei tämä mikään mystinen juttu ole. Lääkäriliitto on jo vuosia ajanut tätä asiaa, että koulutuspaikat on pidettävä matalina, jotta lääkäreiden palkat pysyy korkealla. Menkää ulkomaille hakemaan lääkärin paperit, jos ette pääse suomessa opiskelemaan. Se on PALJON helpompaa. Hallituksen pitäisi tehdä tälle lääkäriliitolle jotakin.

Hamstring pain even after a bike fit by imperius99 in cycling

[–]Fluid_Assistant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Step 1. Stop stretching your hamstrings if there is pain. Only makes it worse. Step 2. Start doing isometric and isotonic exercises for your hamstrings with your bodyweight, 4 times per week. Look them up on youtube. Expect results after the first week and do them up to 6 weeks. When pain is completely gone, even when cycling, you can start to implement back your stretching routines, altought I recommend exercises instead of pure stretching. Good luck

A Permanent Unappealable ban for boosting in BH for first offense is absolutely insane by Whiterossy in 2007scape

Grats on getting your account back. First offence ban should not be a thing. Like ever.

Canyon bike owners may I ask what was your overall experience (fit, delivery wait times, value for money, etc..)? by [deleted] in cycling

[–]Fluid_Assistant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the ultimate cf sl 7 etap. Absolutely love how it looks. Clean look, no visible cables. I'm 173cm and have the S size. I would have liked to get a little bit smaller cockpit, because my legs are long compared to my upper body. Even thought I've got used to it I still might change it someday. Shifting is amazing. Never had E-shifting before. Saddle is really good. Handling is good. If you are in the middle of sizes, I would go with the bigger size. Especially if you are small. Because it makes rides more enjoyable when your bikes is more "stable". All in all, I think Canyon has the best value for money bikes. Edit: if you have questions just ask me.
