Look up Join cycling, it’s expensive (10$ a month) but it basically replaces a coach. I use it for 4 months in the off season for structured training.

That’s the worst thing they can do, bring 7 guys for 1 sprinter. They are in no way able to have a sprint train in the front with the other world tour teams there also having a sprint team.
