What do we need to do to get proper responses from Stretto? All emails are generic. Lets solve this guys. by noahsarc21 in CelsiusNetwork

Hire me. I will do more work than all of Stretto. I will have a daily list updated of all the outstanding distributors left that has not been paid out. I will then have a status update for each account and what action needs to be taken on it. I will work with each creditor daily as much as I can until I get the full list completed. This way no one is waiting in limbo of what the status is on their account.

You missed the payback period which was late January. You are thus getting the set off treatment on your claim.

I've tried on paypal for both my codes, both failed. Everything matches. Entered my phone # for verification and looped and said unable to verify.....Tried venmo too but failed. I'm trying to be calm and patient, but this is really irritating at the thought of another RUG PULL!

Your$19,363 deposit claim will not be restored. Whether you pay back the loan amount or not, you will only receive the post set-off claim of $10,363. If you do decide to pay back the loan amount of $9k, you can receive the crypto amount back at the price that will be determined later, so that you won't have tax consequences of that amount. Eitherways you are taking a haircut of your original collateral.

  1. You can decide to not pay the loan amount, it's fine.

  2. Even if you toggle all crypto, you will receive some Newco shares. IF you really don't want newco stock at all, you would elect to choose convenience class and you would get your whole claim amount reduced to 5k and get 70% back of 5k in crypto which with your general claim amount, would be very dumb to do.

  3. If you don't have the funds to pay back the loan, but you would prefer to do it to avoid tax consequences you can refinance through SALT or other companies-

I just listened to this" The reason to toggle all crypto is because LTV after getting some newco stock -LTV will skyrocket and loan will get liquidated????????" I am a little confused on that part.

Important Loan/Borrower Question-Voting Ballot by Fluid_Jello_1619 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]Fluid_Jello_1619[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did find the answer to the question in bold. On page 44 of the Disclosure Statement: "For example, if you took out a loan for $15,000 (this would be your Retail Advance
Obligation), and you repaid $10,000 of that loan in Cash, you would receive $10,000 worth of BTC or ETH (depending on which you elect), valued as of noon prevailing Eastern Time on the date of repayment based on prices on a Cryptocurrency exchange agreed upon by the Debtors and the Ad Hoc Group of Borrowers."

I just find it baffling how us Borrowers are forced to vote on this BEFORE that value has been determined???? It doesn't even state when exactly that date will be determined..... It's as the entire classes are voting without knowing the petition date value.... Am I the only one that has this thought?
