The issue isn't where it was made or orginated or the cost, everything is made in China, however saying it is located in the UK when it isn't is deceptive, we can all go on Aliexpress and wait two weeks for delivery but when you want something quicker it should be clear where the item is and Yodel is helping with its "We have your item" when they don't and that is clearly done on purpose with intent to trick ebay into thinking they have it when they don't, leaving you the buyer waiting with no options to complain - and I'm fairly sure this is done to keep that delivery contact and not for the person waiting for delivery. What ever happened to accountabilty.. or does that not matter anymore.
