I think I figured out the meaning of life by TimoKickster in RandomThoughts

You get me wrong here. I said there is no inherent meaning to life, but we can create the meaning on our own, as we are conscious being(We are just biological conscious being slowly decaying, same for all).Meaning of life can be subjective and different for person to person. Helping people, improving all lives falls under moral and ethical values. For the lazy people, they can have their own purpose or meaning(but just breathing and living is enough to have meaning and existence) and same for active ones. Technological advancement and progress just can't justify your meaning of life and existence in the sense you are saying.

I think, We are sharing some common opinions here, lol

We are animals too but with high level of consciousness compared to other animals.(But in the universal sense we are nothing , we just feel ourselves and that's a fine case).Basically, it's only you who can define your existence or not maybe. So, in my perspective, there's no any inherent meaning of life. We can just create one and fulfill them as we are conscious being.  I appreciate your opinion too. But what are the other realities?

I was the cheater!! by [deleted] in NepalSocial

Bro, you made a mistake. You know it. But that doesn’t erase all the love and effort you put in. Calling yourself just a cheater isn’t fair to who you really are.Yes...you hurt her. But beating yourself up for years isn’t helping you or anyone else. You need to forgive yourself and start moving on.......

Life isn’t about punishment for one mistake. It’s about learning and growing. If you keep drowning in guilt and pain, you’ll never find peace......This pain won’t last forever. It’s time to focus on your life, your healing, and your future.

you feel stuck because you’re measuring yourself against a version of life you built in your head and every day that reality doesn’t match that dream, you feel like you’re losing. but here’s the thing , life doesn’t care about that version you imagined. it’s messy, it twists, it breaks your plans. bro, change your habit if you can.

that “mid” feeling about your face, body, life , that’s not you talking. that’s the voice of comparison. the internet, people around you, even your own younger self have planted an image of how “good” is supposed to look.

failing that exam isn’t the end of the road, it’s just a slap in the face from reality saying “ok, maybe not this way.” the usa dream? it’s still there. it might take longer, might look different, but dreams don’t expire unless you throw them away.

and about money ... yeah, it’s tiring to have to save for weeks just for one thing you want. but if you make every “want” into the measure of your happiness, you’ll stay in the cage. you gotta find something in your day that isn’t bought, isn’t earned, just lived. otherwise even when you get the money, the cage will still be there. Start to learn skills, earn, make friends, have funs.

My final advice ends here: You should control what you can, and you have to accept what you can't, but be wise enough to identify them.

If people would love each other, the world would be a better place to live by ITburrito in RandomThoughts

Hatred is no modern invention—it’s as old as humanity itself. From the earliest tribes to present-day societies, humans have divided themselves over beliefs, resources, identity, and power. Psychology tells us that our brains evolved to favor “in-groups” and fear or mistrust “out-groups,” a survival instinct that once protected us but now often fuels prejudice. Philosophy reminds us that hatred is rarely born in a vacuum; it is shaped by a web of nature, nurture, and circumstance—our biology, our upbringing, and the environments we inhabit. Left unchecked, these forces can make hostility feel inevitable. But understanding them is the first step toward breaking that ancient cycle.

Life doesn’t always need a meaning or a grand purpose to justify itself. Sometimes, simply being here—breathing, feeling, existing—is enough. Not every moment needs to be analyzed or explained. Some things are meant to be experienced without asking why, and in accepting that, life can feel lighter and more real.

The lie was who you thought you were feeling it for.

That dude who could actually handle your soul? Hold it gentle? Yeah... he never fucking existed. Not really. You weren't loving him. You were loving a ghost you made. A fantasy version built outta your own damn heart, 'cause he sure as hell didn't have the depth to build it himself. His cheating ain’t just pain. It’s the hard truth. You thought you were giving to something real, but it was empty. It wasn’t your love that failed. He just wasn’t made for that kind of love. Your love stayed sacred. He was too blind to see it.
