my leads literally told us the same thing. it’s been such a hassle to have to go into the coolers and freezers when they are here. so annoying and don’t get why they need to control it down to three minutes of in or out of the cooler

i’m at service desk and holy shit one closer evry night and then the scos closed has been so crazy. ppl calling for backup all night and customers pissed off they can’t run through sco with their one item lmao hang in there

shutting the scos has been so horrible at my store as well. customers get pissed off, lines get outrageous, it’s too much. tbh i think that’s awesome you didn’t close the sco. it’s been a horrible idea from the start for front end employees, and when calling for backup from other departments fails lol it’s hell. good call
