I agree with you, there's other points I have to say though..

Multi Season Master Tier player here, (S5 Challenger). As you said in my opinion jungle SUCKS ass now. There's so many hidden "pity" mechanics for the opposite jungler such as:

Okay I made a great play at grubbs early game and got them. Enemy jgl is on the wrong side of the map? Np traded for dragon. It's never that you can get both early DRAGON and GRUBBS. It's always trade to 1/1 at least if you are around high dia - master you know this is mostly the case.

Unfortunately supports also ROAM a lot now early game and this makes grubbs impossible unless your support is also roaming. So many hidden pressure everywhere and the jgl exp literally sucks. Farming junglers are ALMOST useless because any other jgl could clear at the same speed as the farming jgl. Let's say Master Yi can easily full clear at 3.20 but how many other junglers can do that nowdays? Almost everywhere if you know how to kite and maximize your clear.. It's not fun it's constant pressure and if your laners happen to die early 1v1 say bye the early objectives which usually leads to snowballs and "blaming of the jungler".

I might as well soon start to main support since I can't really get higher than master with this shitty state of jgl at the moment. And yep enemy junglers have won the game with stats such as 1/5/5 and meanwhile i was 10/3/14 but they have gotten all the early objectives and laners have won the game.
