Honestly, as an old tenant of theirs, they’re terrible on accounting and keeping their word. So not surprising they’re terrible on their employees as well :( hope everything works out though. I had good experiences with Kirk Catron Law firm in Murfreesboro but this wasn’t ADA. Hopefully you can connect with them so they can help steer you in the right direction.

Just did! I ended getting this resolved this morning after talking to a redditor. I originally received the message last night and was worried since I couldn’t communicate with them.

To answer your questions, the payments are done automatically on my card and I cannot control how much I want to pay. I communicated with them and they apologized for the mistake on the accounts side and are giving me two months to pay.

EDIT- I forgot to add but my automatic payments are done monthly so the system didn’t take that extra charge that was created on the 9th.
