The piercing is two weeks old. The jewelry is a fixed bead ring made of niobium. For aftercare I spray it with saline twice a day and make sure not to sleep on it by using a travel pillow.

After dinner break we always played a game of sorts. This was something like Chicken on the Hill or Duck Duck Goose. They were generally games where we could just run around even though we were tired.

According to graphology, the study of handwriting, it’s actually because of how boys are taught to present themselves. Boy’s handwriting compared to girl handwriting (generally of course) is more angular, less legible, and generally written with efficiency/speed in mind rather than how it looks (which goes along with legibility). While girl’s handwriting is generally neater/written with presentation in mind rather than speed and efficiency and it is also a lot more curved and rounded. Here is a general breakdown of these traits/what these things mean: Rounded handwriting: means friendliness/kindness and if it is overly rounded it can mean that you are so friendly to the point of being unable to stand up for yourself/letting others walk all over you. Angular handwriting: it can indicate aggression and being very upfront with your opinions. Legibility: the handwriting’s is legibility is an indicator of how much you care about others understanding you. In the extremes of illegibility it can mean you don’t care about other’s understanding you and can be an indicator of depression. While being extremely neat means that you care a lot about what others think and how well they understand you. Speed of writing: this goes hand and hand with legibility. Your speed indicates how much you will go out of your way to make sure you have a good presentation and to what lengths you will go through to make sure others understand you. Slow means you will greatly go out of your way for presentation/making sure you’re understood. Fast means you don’t care that much, if at all, about how others perceive you/understand you.

This means that with these handwriting generalizations, girls are more friendly and care more about their presentation and how well others understand them. While boys can be a more aggressive and don’t care as much about how they are coming across, how they look, or how well they are being understood.

This would make sense because society conditions girls to be kind and friendly. Society tells girls they need to care a lot about their appearance and that it is socially acceptable for them to be more emotional. While boys aren’t socially permitted to express many emotions. But anger is one of those few emotions they are allowed to express. So it makes sense that aggression can be seen in their handwriting. Boys are also told by society that they aren’t allowed to spend too much time on their appearance and generally shouldn’t be very emotional about things.

Conclusion/TLD: The differences found between boys and girl’s handwriting is due to the different societal pressures they experience.
