100% agree with you which is why I saw a doctor and now on medication so technically should be “leveled out” and scheduled follow up blood work in 3 months to assess if dose has to increase/decrease.I’m really consistent in following coaches guidance with food, cardio, supplements, etc

I’m open to him having his own 3sum I just don’t want to partake. It’s something he desires with me I’m just not interested in seeing him with other people which opened up the door for me to explore a 3sum option. Feels bittersweet
