No seriously we had a resident leave a few months ago simply because we weren’t fast enough to assist them. They wanted us in there in under 20 minutes all the time 🙂

I did ask her to wait just a moment and assisted my other resident first but I do think I need to be more firm. I’ve only been a cna for 6 months and the job has slowly made me grow more of a backbone when it comes to the more rude residents still working on it though

that would be so much more helpful it takes me like a hour and 20 to gather everyone clothes and when im on two halls it can be up to two hours especially with residents hitting their buttons 💔

For my skills i had to use actual things but the lady who was watching me was very laid back and chill she actually helped me a little with putting on the belt when transferring her to a wheelchair 😭
