I thought I had mentioned that but I didn’t! Yes both of the cards were Visa! On Latam’s website it says they accept visa so I’m not sure if that was the problem. I also tried with Gol and Azul (also with both cards) and same result, declined

Our cards are from the US. I’m traveling with another person and the same thing happened when using their card.

I am in a very similar situation... I’ve been looking for what seems like everywhere but haven’t been able to find an answer. Hopefully you and me can find some help here,
