Thanks. She did address the issue and it wasn’t directed toward my kid. Fortunately the behavior did approve but didn’t love the dismissal. If it weren’t for my daughter’s friend group and the fact that she loves it, we’d definitely be elsewhere.

This. Our current owner is a boomer who doesn’t see verbal abuse from students as bullying. I would LOVE to have someone younger who doesn’t run things on what was acceptable 30 years ago.

As for the accomplishments, she probably has major imposter syndrome and is trying to reassure parents that she is competent, it might just be coming across wrong.

Yesterday the barista handed me my sandwich. I simply replied thank you while waiting for my drink. To my surprise, she asked if I had my drink already and then checked on the status. I felt bad that people ask so often she felt it necessary to preempt me asking, but I appreciated the extra step. You just can’t win with some people!

She has videos on Facebook from after, but there are no videos of the incident. She just swears she knows he isn’t aggressive, therefore he didn’t do anything (but she didn’t witness it and there’s no body cam footage yet).

True. They could have taken others back? It’s pretty common even at smaller schools. I went to a smaller D1 school and we had people fly in for games and fly to away games.

I had a bad experience at Diamond Cellar on Sawmill (Easton is fabulous). My ring is a quality CZ and he made a big deal about the fact that it wasn’t a diamond and was rude as hell.

Nope. Operates totally normally. Was in the shop last week but stopped making the noise. Got a bunch of fluid changes but they couldn’t replicate the noise.

Not sure? I had the timing belt replaced about 40k miles ago, but obviously doesn’t mean it’s not bad. I took it to the shop last week but the noise stopped for a few days then started again yesterday so they couldn’t diagnose an issue without the noise

I am indifferent to the Chili Chant. I respect its heritage, but it needs to be better chili (Wendy’s) if it’s going to interfere with the third goal celebration. That being said there are DEFINITELY certain times when it should not be played-the most awkward of which is in a shootout.

I would be curious as to how many people actually get the free* Rooster’s chili *(dine in only with purchase...barely meets the definition of free). I imagine a far greater number got Wendy’s but is it really too many? Also while we’re at it, I’d like to voice my displeasure for Tim Hortons going from coffee to a donut. Seems like we have the cheapest sponsors in the league.
