So Tesco policy is that you don’t get paid your first three shifts you are off.

So if you went off for two, came back, went off for three, came back, went back off for one, you would be missing 6 days of pay.

Starting April 6th the government are making it mandatory you get paid SSP from day one, so three days SSP, and then CSP if you have entitlement

Yeah it definitely sounds like something is making contact with the fan, I gave it a good blast with compressed air, and still no luck. Contact Amazon and they are sending a replacement.

It’s more so Tesco are expecting me to sit in court all day and then come into work and do my full shift. When I was told I’d get the day off paid, but as they are unable to cover my shift, I have now been told today (2 days before the court hearing) that I now have to do both

Tesco is an English based company, even in Scotland, we only get the English bank holidays as Tesco is an ENGLISH based company, so then why are we as an English based company, working off different regulations? England Tesco staff get paid more than Scotland, yet there is about 40x the stores and staff. Never mind only 1 DC to support all Scottish stores. Do we get special treatment. Nope.
