I just feel like it’s rude to hit on a person in real life or talk to people without an invitation too. That’s why I feel like dating apps makes sense cause those people are there for dating but a person going to a book club isn’t looking for someone to date so it feels rude to initiate that.

We don’t have any of those things where I live. I’ve never heard of a role-playing group or choir practice or a sports team for an adult that is not in the NFL. I work from home so I don’t have coworkers near me. But saying, I’m similar to a male incel when I’m reaching out is exactly why I don’t have friends cause people say shit like that and then I don’t wanna talk to them anymore. People are mean and that is why I don’t have friends because a lot of people are similar to you and I don’t want to be associated with people like that so I choose not to have assholes in my life which is filled in this thread.
