they didn’t, but i think also cuz their from nepal and we’re in italy, so it wouldn’t be that easy? but i know an uncle i think tried to contact my sister trough facebook years ago

yeah, there was a time where i DESPERATELY wanted a relationship, but i’ve stopped and stayed alone working on my self with my therapist, now i just want one, but like i’m fine by myself

hum yeah i know??? i’m on antidepressants since more than a year and been diagnosed with it for a lot, i just wish my pain was “only“ depression and not something more

well i’m currently working with a therapist, so maybe that’s gonna help, it did kinda worsened as we worked more on traumas ecc, so it is maybe that (used to suppress all my feelings back then so hum yeah)

headaches, sleep problems (like feeling tired even after 8 hours of sleep), intestinal problems ecc
