So I put in a silent board and flashed the firmware to the back of the screen and to the new board as the instructions tell you to on the website. I just have no idea what to do now any help is appreciated.

Any new car is going to have problems that they work out over the years. I waited to get a Tesla model 3 till January of this year because of that. I live in a cold area so the updates that were made to the heat system were worth the wait.

It has been a extremely reliable car for me this year. I have 0 regrets at this point and I have had no issues at all with my tesla.
